Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making pristinecollisioncenter.com usable by everyone, including visitors who rely on assistive technology.

Last updated: July 17, 2026

Our Commitment

Pristine Collision Center is committed to making its website accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor — whether they browse with a mouse, a keyboard, a screen reader, or other assistive technology — to be able to find our locations, learn about our services, and request an estimate.

We aim for the content of this website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level A and Level AA. Accessibility is ongoing work, not a finished state: as we add pages and features, we review them against these guidelines and fix issues as we find them or as they are reported to us.

Measures We Take

Accessibility measures built into this website include:

  • Semantic HTML structure — headings, landmarks, and lists that assistive technology can navigate
  • A “Skip to content” link for keyboard users on every page
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators on interactive elements
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and accessible names on icon buttons
  • Pages that work at standard browser zoom levels and on mobile screens
  • An accessibility widget (described below) offering display adjustments on every page

The Accessibility Widget

Every page of this website includes an accessibility widget, opened from the round button in the lower-left corner of the screen. It lets you adjust how the site is displayed to suit your needs, including:

  • Text size, content scale, line height, letter spacing, and text alignment
  • A readable-font mode and a dyslexia-friendly mode
  • Color and contrast adjustments — dark contrast, light contrast, high contrast, monochrome, inverted colors, and a color-blindness filter
  • Link and heading highlighting, a text magnifier, and a reading lens
  • Preset profiles that combine these settings — for example keyboard-navigation and screen-reader support modes with stronger focus outlines

Your settings are saved locally in your own browser (using local storage) so they persist between visits on that device. They are not sent to us, and you can reset everything to the defaults at any time with the widget’s reset control.

What the widget does not do. To be clear and honest about its role: the widget adjusts how pages are displayed in your browser. It does not rewrite the underlying page code, it does not by itself make the website conform to WCAG, and it is not a replacement for assistive technology such as a screen reader. We treat it as a convenience layer on top of — not a substitute for — building accessible pages.

Third-Party Content & Tools

Some parts of this website rely on third-party services whose accessibility we do not control — for example embedded interactive maps, video playback, and links out to social-media, review, and manufacturer websites. Those experiences may not offer the same level of accessibility as our own pages. Where a third-party feature is a barrier for you, contact us and we will help you get the same information another way — for example, our addresses, phone numbers, and hours are always available as plain text on our location pages.
