By using the website, you agree to the practices described here.

When you request an estimate through our website, we collect the information you provide in the form, which may include:

• Your name, email address, phone number, and preferred contact method
• Your vehicle’s year, make, and model
• The damage areas, a description of the damage, and any photos you choose to upload
• Insurance details you choose to share — such as your insurance company and claim information — if you plan to pay through an insurance claim
• Any notes you add to your request

Form submissions are delivered to our staff by email through Resend, a transactional email service, so the right location can follow up with you. We do not collect payment card information through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

The phone numbers on this website use CallRail, a call tracking service that helps us understand which pages and campaigns bring in calls. When you call one of these numbers, your call may be tracked, recorded, and transcribed for quality assurance and marketing attribution. Where a call is recorded, a disclosure is played or provided at the start of the call. If you prefer not to be recorded, you can let us know at the start of the call or contact us in writing instead.

This website uses cookies and similar identifiers through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site. • Resend — delivers your estimate-request form submissions to our staff by email
• CallRail — provides the tracked phone numbers and call recording/transcription described above

• Google Tag Manager — manages the measurement tags that run on the site, including Google Analytics
• Vercel — hosts the website and provides its privacy-friendly analytics
• Mapbox — powers the interactive location maps; when a map loads, Mapbox’s servers receive standard technical data such as your IP address and browser user-agent to serve the map tiles
• Cloudinary — serves the website’s images and videos from its content delivery network

Verification. To protect your information, we verify requests by matching the details you provide (such as name, email, phone, and vehicle) against our lead records before acting on them.

Timing. We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend the deadline once by another 45 days and will let you know why.

Non-discrimination. We will not treat you differently — in price, service, or otherwise — for exercising any of these rights.

We keep estimate-request information for as long as needed to respond to your request, complete any resulting repair work, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Our website links to third-party sites — for example, Google Maps listings and directions. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above.
