These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at pristinecollisioncenter.com (the “Site”), operated by Pristine Collision Center (“Pristine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an auto body and collision repair business with locations in Hollywood, West Hollywood, Montebello, and Westminster, California. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Any estimate, price indication, or repair information provided through the Site — including responses to the estimate-request form — is preliminary and for informational purposes only. Final pricing, repair scope, and timelines can only be confirmed after an in-person inspection of your vehicle at one of our locations. Submitting an estimate request does not create a repair contract or reserve an appointment, and we may decline any request.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when submitting an estimate request. You may not interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to transmit anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful.

The Site and its content — including text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to Pristine Collision Center and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use; you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from its content without our prior written permission. Vehicle manufacturer names and logos that appear on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work to keep the Site current, we make no warranties or representations — express or implied — about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site, including service descriptions, hours, and pricing information, and we may change Site content at any time without notice. Nothing in this section limits any separate written agreement covering repair work performed at our shops.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pristine Collision Center and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. This section applies to the Site only and does not limit rights you may have under a separate agreement for repair services.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, such as map, directions, and insurance carrier sites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices; linking does not imply our endorsement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
